Any cost in having to divert to an alternate aerodome and or cancellation of the aircraft flight as a result of bad weather or any reason which may effect the safety of the passengers.


Full payment for charter services must be received 48 hours prior to departure of aircraft. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of booked service will be charged in the event of any cancellation received within 48 hours of commencement of service. Any charter service is subject to aircraft and aircrew availability, the necessary flight clearances being granted, overflight permission and slot times. All rates quoted are subject to any fuel / market related price increase. Final costing for any charter must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the departure of the charter flight. No smoking on board any aircraft.
